Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Hosted Buyer Program, you agree to the following terms:
Attendance: Hosted Buyers are required to attend the exhibition on December 5th and 6th, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Meeting Schedule: You must attend all pre-scheduled meetings arranged by the organizers with the exhibitors.
Post-Show Reporting: After the event, you are required to submit a detailed report of all the meetings attended.
Confidentiality: All information and interactions during the event are to be kept confidential, with the same degree of protection as your own business information.
Termination: The MoU and your participation can be terminated in the event of a material breach of these terms.
Travel and Stay Reimbursements
To facilitate your participation, the following reimbursements and arrangements are provided:
Travel Reimbursement
Airfare Reimbursement Price List
International Travel
Your airfare will be reimbursed based on the Airfare Reimbursement Price List. Reimbursement will be made to your designated bank account after you submit the required documents.
Local Transportation
We will cover conveyance expenses from the airport to the hotel and back, with a maximum reimbursement of ₹3000. Additionally, transportation between the hotel and the event venue will be arranged by the organizers.
Accommodation
Enjoy a complimentary 2-night stay at a designated 4-star hotel, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Any additional meals or services will be at your own expense.
